We've found that the best candidates operate as highly autonomous detail-oriented and technically savvy. You will have all the tools at your disposal, but having GenAI tools does not replace good first-principles thinking.

Can I Decide Which Team to Join?

Do you allow remote?

We are a small team of highly independent people. We are new dads, caregivers, and folks who want to live a purposeful life outside of corporate structures. Many of us are remote, and we take ownership to ensure we make that seamless. Bonus: Quarterly in-person visits in the Bay Area.
